2024 Trevor Ettinger – Jeff Smith Memorial Tournament (U15C)

Trevor Ettinger – Jeff Smith Memorial Tournament
March 11-14, 2024

 
The East Hants Minor Hockey Association is hosting the Trevor Ettinger – Jeff Smith Memorial Tournament at the East Hants Sportsplex in Lantz, Nova Scotia.  

This program is for U15C

Overview:

• Each team is guaranteed 3 games
• There will be Semi-Finals and a Championship game at each division
• if a division only has 4 teams total, there will only be a Championship game
• If a division has 16 teams total, Quarter finals will be added
• Championship banner per Division as well as medals for Gold and Silver
• All games are three 10 minute periods stop time
• Tournament entry is first come, first serve and there are no cancellations.  If a team chooses not to travel due to weather, the missed game is considered a 5-0 loss
• Tournament entry fee is $990 
• Teams must have a valid Travel Permit
• Only players registered on the official team rosters with Hockey Nova Scotia (or their respective branch of HC) are permitted, no exceptions without written approval of the EHMHA Tournament Chair prior to acceptance into the tournament (exceptional circumstances notwithstanding). Teams violating this policy will be disqualified from the tournament
• Out of province teams welcome pending approval from Hockey Nova Scotia

This league will be only be accepting 10 registrations for the Trevor Ettinger Jeff Smith Memorial Tournament.

Any registrations made after the official selections have been made may be placed on a waiting list.

Note: They may be a delay between the final team being accepted and the shutting down the league registrations due to the manual nature of this years registration systems.
