Welcome to the 2024 - 2024 Regular Season!  We are so excited to get back on the ice with our new and returning players.

-      Birth Certificate

-      Proof of address (government issued)

All parents of new players must complete the Hockey Nova Scotia Respect in Sport Canada parent program.

Payment Options

Payment in Full - Full payment to be made upon registration.

Payment Plan -  Payment plans by credit card/VISA debit are available through GrayJay Pay. We will not process credit cards manually. You will have one option as follows;

·         Initial payment of 25% at checkout

·         Payment #2 - September 20th

·         Payment #3 - October 20th

·         Payment #4 - November 20th

NOTE – GrayJayPay (our online payment portal) does not automatically debit your card for payment. It is up to you to login and make a payment on your account. GrayJayPay will however send email reminders of upcoming payments and your current account balance. If you send an eTransfer, the registrar will then manually apply the payment to your account balance. 

Payments via Financial assistance (Kidsport/Jumpstart, Sponsor)  - please reach out to Alicia Payne, registrar@chebuctominorhockey.com prior to registering.  

Family Discounts

CMHA is continuing its family discount program for membership. Our discount is as follows

·         3rd+ child – 200$ off the lowest base registration  fee

Families are to notify Alicia Payne, registrar@chebuctominorhockey.com to receive their discount refund or to apply the discount to a player registration.

50/50 Credits

50/50 credits have been applied to player accounts.  If you do not see your 50/50 there could be a couple of reasons;

-      You are registering under a different username.   50/50 have been applied based on the registration details stored in our system.  Some players have multiple accounts.

-       You are registering under a new username.   50/50 have been applied based on the registration details stored in our system.  If you create a new account, the credits are likely under the previously used account. 

If you are missing your 50/50 please reach out to Alicia Payne, registrar@chebuctominorhockey.com. We will investigate.

Hockey Canada Registration Programs

GrayJay Pay is integrated with Hockey Canada’s HCR (Hockey Canada Registry) system and can therefore be used by hockey leagues and associations in Canada to register their players each season.

The registration process is the same as described above for regular programs, but with an added step to complete any required Hockey Canada waivers and/or questions.

If the family member (participant) you are registering already has an HCR number associated in the GrayJay Pay database (this happens automatically if we find a matching first name, last name, and date of birth), then you will see a screen like the one below:

If your family member does not yet have an HCR number associated in the GrayJay Pay database, you will see a screen like the one below and you can either search for the player in the HCR database and link to the family member if found, or you can click Create a New Account, which will redirect you to the Hockey Canada website to create a new HCR number.

Clicking Create a New Account will result in the following message:

Once you have created a new account, you can return to the previous screen (below) and click Find Your Account, and then enter the new HCR ID to proceed.

Transfers from another association

Transfers will still have to be moved to CMHA registrations database before you can fully register online. If you have moved to the area, begin the registration process online and you will be prompted to complete a transfer.  These transfers can take 3-5 business days to complete.
