The Art of Shooting - 3 Week Beginner Program (Off-Ice In-Person)

This program is specifically designed for the IP/Novice player who is learning to handle and shoot the puck. 

It will focus on puck handling the first two weeks and then move into the wrist-shoot. At the end of the course, the young student will have the foundation for shooting the right way with a strong hockey stance.

Our "H" puck and specialized training are the key differentiators that set our program apart. This beginner program will use a modified H Puck that will be lighter than my regular H Puck but heavier than a normal puck.

The player will track their progress in a specially developed booklet that they can use to keep on top of their training and it includes tips and quotes to keep the player on track.

Players will require the following at home:

• The “H” Puck (Included)
• 30 Regular Pucks
• Hockey Gloves
• Soccer Ball
• Hockey Net or Drop Net
• 12 to 15 feet of shooting space (Indoors or Outdoors)
• 30 to 45 minutes per session depending on the week.

WHAT TO BRING for your Sessions: 

Favorite game hockey stick and hockey gloves and good pair of CLEAN INDOOR runners, sweats and hoodie.  My Training Room is immediately adjacent to Rink A - BMO 4 Pad, Bedford, NS.

All registered participants must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for all in-person sessions.
