Trevor Ettinger – Jeff Smith Memorial Tournament

March 14-19, 2026

The East Hants Minor Hockey Association is hosting the Trevor Ettinger – Jeff Smith Memorial Tournament at the East Hants Sportsplex in Lantz, Nova Scotia.  

This program is for U9 Development

Overview:

• U9 Tournament will run Saturday March 14th, Sunday March 15th and Monday March 16th
• Each team is guaranteed 4 games
• All players receive a tournament mini banner
• Scores will not be posted
• Tournament entry is first come, first serve and there are no cancellations
• Tournament entry fee for U9 is $700
• Teams must have a valid Travel Permit
• All games are two 21 minute periods straight time with 1.5 minute buzzer for shift changes 
• All games must be played as half ice following HNS rules

This league will be only be accepting 12 registrations for the Trevor Ettinger Jeff Smith Memorial Tournament.

Any registrations made after the official selections have been made may be placed on a waiting list.
