Program Description
The 2026 Spring Checking Skills program is available to any current U15 aged skaters for the 2025-26 season. This program will offer players 1 x 90 minute session per week for 7 weeks (10.5 hours). Sessions will include focus on checking skills. The first two sessions will serve as the HNS Checking Certification and second two sessions will build upon those fundamental skills
