INVERNESS COUNTY TIGERS WRESTLING CAMP INFORMATION
Saturday June 6:
9:30 Registration for two age groups: Junior Group ages 10 -13 years old (birth years 2013-2016) Senior group 14-17 years old (birth years 2009-2012) .
10:00 -12:00- Morning session
1:30 pm - 3:30 Afternoon session
Sunday June 7:
10:00 -12:00- Morning session
1:30 pm - 3:30 Afternoon session
3:30- 4:00 - fun matches
Summer Training will continue with various age groups throughout the summer in July and August. Age groups for summer training will depend on interest at the camp. Summer training will be most Thursdays and Fridays at the high school in the afternoons.
Location: Inverness Education Center Academy
Equipment required: shorts or leggings and a t-shirt, a water bottle.
Shoes: Wrestling shoes are preferred but sock feet or light and clean running shoes is also fine. Wrestling shoes can be purchased on line thru Amazon or on fb Marketplace. There will have some assorted sizes of used shoes to lend out as well.
Registration for NS Wrestling and Tigers Wrestling Club can be done on line at tigerswrestling.ca.
Cost: There is a $60 registration fee with Wrestling Nova Scotia (select recreational membership) and $20 to join Tigers Wrestling Club. Camp registration will include camp sessions and summer training sessions.
