Elevate your game by learning the ART of SHOOTING the puck. This program will offer the aspiring beginner hockey player a series of unique progressive skills that will teach comfort with handling the puck and build the foundation for a player’s shot. Understanding of “Time & Space” is also developed as part of the program.
Our "H" puck and specialized training are the key differentiators that set our program apart. In this 3-week program the player will focus on puck handling, the wrist shot and the snapshot. Essential for learning these skills is developing a strong hockey stance.
The player will track their progress in a specially developed booklet that they can use to keep on top of their training. The booklet includes tips and quotes to keep the player on track.
After purchase, a package will be mailed to the athlete that will include the H puck and the Art of Shooting homework booklet.
A streamed video link will be delivered to your email address immediately with a short Introduction to the program as well as the 3 weekly videos with over 20 minutes of instruction.
Please ensure you complete each week in order and finish your homework before moving to the next week.
