Program Description

Master the art of shooting the puck. This program will offer the aspiring hockey player a series of unique progressive skills that will build more comfort with handling the puck and vastly improve the player’s shot. There is a focus on shifting of weight to generate shooting power and explosive wrist and snapshots.  Understanding of “Time & Space” are taught and there is a focus on critical hand and foot placement to maximize power.

In this program more time is spent on critical elements and more unique drills are added.  The slapshot is also introduced.

Our "H" puck and specialized training are the key differentiators that set our program apart. In this 10-week program the player will focus on puck handling, wrist shot, snapshot, slap shot and the backhand shot. A powerful slap shot is also introduced.

The player will track their progress in a specially developed booklet that they can use to keep on top of their training, and it includes tips and quotes to keep the player on track.

After purchase, a package will be mailed to the athlete that will include the H puck and the Art of Shooting homework booklet. A streamed video link will be delivered to your email address immediately with a short Introduction to the program as well as the 10 weekly videos with over 60 minutes of instruction.
